Coronavirus government guidelines NOW ACCEPTING CONTACTLESS PAYMENTS
For your safety and mine, I will be wearing government advised PPE. This will consist of:- • Visor • Facemask • Disposable apron and gloves • Hand sanitiser In the interests of any future contact from the government ‘Track and Trace’ department, I will require your full name, contact number and home address to be sent to me prior to your appointment. Prior to your appointment you need to ask yourself the following questions:- • Have you been away/abroad? • Have you tested positive for COVID-19 in the past 14 days? • Have you experienced the following symptoms now or in the past 14 days? Dry cough, body aches, headaches, sore throat, shortness of breath, loss of taste and/or smell, diarrhoea • Are you or your immediate family/friends in a high-risk category? If you answer yes to any of the above, your appointment will need to be re-scheduled to a later date. *On your arrival*. Please ensure social distancing protocols are adhered to, however only one client will be granted access into the salon. This will be best achieved by staggering appointments. If you book your appointment with another client they will be asked to wait in the car or outside. Clients are to use Hand Sanitiser on arrival (provided). Avoid all physical contact (you will apply the barrier cream supplied by myself) Please attend your appointment with a suitable face covering/mask. This can also be provided. *When you leave* I now accept contactless card payments which is recommended when possible. You will be asked to put any disposables you have used into a bin yourself (disposable bag supplied) At the beginning and in-between appointments, there will be an enhanced Cleaning Process to keep me and all my clients safe from the virus. If you have any questions regarding the enhanced procedures put in place, please call or message me. I look forward to seeing you. Laura
